In the process of finding my way.  Focusing on the positive and asking for all that I desire to come my way. Keeping only those in my life that support such a way of life.  Searching for the yogini within.  Learn from the teachers so fortunately placed within my life. Feeling the change and how life altering it all truly is.

I have been practicing yoga for over two years now and am amazed at how it has completely changed me.  I mainly practice Vinyasa Flow but I enjoy Bikram every once in a while. Last March I went on an ISHTA Retreat with Alan Finger in Mexico where I was introduced to the world of Pranayama and Meditation. This AprilI am doing a Surf/Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica.  I love having yoga in my life and my goal is to create a home practice and become disciplined in the consistency of that practice. I have recently received my certification in Reiki 1. Ultimately ,I want to get out of my current day  job and become certified to teach children's yoga so that they may be introduced early on to the spiritual and physical benefits of  yoga.

Completely unrelated, and seemingly superficial, yet an important part of who I am is the fact that I am in love with fashion. I went to Parsons for apparel design  and worked in the industry for a while until I couldn't deal with the sharks any longer. I still have a deep passion for style, design, color, texture and juxtaposition. I love beauty… both inward and outward.
